The centre boasts a machine weights, free weights, aerobic machines and various crossfit equipment – such as ropes, pull up bars and kettle weights.

We also have a large speaker that you can connect to your mobile phone for music or link to our large television with YouTube.

In addition to this centre, fitness enthusiasts can enjoy use of our Beach Bamboo gym, large 40-metre pool and 2km of sandy coastline for running.
