Siam Royal View’s pitch and putt golf course located on our Koh Chang property development has received official recognition from the sport’s leading organisation. FIPPA, the International Pitch and Putt Federation is the governing body of the sport and promotes and regulates pitch and putt worldwide.

The organisation is based in Ireland where the game retains wide popularity and is not only a precursor to people taking up golf, but seen as a sport in its own right.

FIPPA organises a number of international competitions including the Pitch and Putt World Cup, a World Strokeplay Championship, European Championships and a World Interclub League. In addition, International Pitch and Putt Open events are held in countries as far afield as Andorra, Norway and China.

The official recognition of Siam Royal View’s Koh Chang pitch and putt course as FIPPA’s ‘Course of the Month’ is reward for the company’s efforts to create a state-of-the-art facility on the island. Few courses in the world can rival the course’s beautiful setting amidst a salt water lagoon.

The course is set over nine holes which can be played in both directions. The holes reverse daily at lunchtime to give players the opportunity to enjoy 18 unique holes. The first nine holes, dubbed the Chang Noi nine, play over 554 yards (507m) and the Half Moon Nine, a little longer at 571 yards (523m).

Visitors the Koh Chang Pitch and Putt Course can enjoy the full range of Siam Royal View’s exceptional leisure facilities including the Beach Club, swimming pools and stunning beaches. The course has become one of the islands leading tourist attractions but there are ambitions that the course will, in the future, hold tournaments and even a major international pitch and putt championship.

The Koh Chang Pitch and Putt course is located in the north west of the island, close to the view point in the picturesque Klong Son Bay.
